Returns Policy

We accept returns in store at our retail location.

For online purchases, please email novahousebyll@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Returns submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Please allow 3–4 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and 7–10 business days for our returns team to process your return and issue store credit.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Your store credit will be emailed to you as a digital gift card to the email address used at checkout.

Return Conditions

• Bodysuits, bralettes, and accessories are final sale.

• All returned items must have original tags attached.

• Items that are damaged, worn, or not in original condition will not be accepted and will not receive store credit.
